I had worked with a difficult person in my professional life. However, I tackled the difficult person quite well. This is because the difficult person was extremely critical about my work. I used to get criticized most of the times even for the slightest of mistakes. However, I used to seldom get appreciated for my good work. Therefore, I realized that I would have to amend my mistakes and transform my weaknesses into my strengths. Initially, I never used to communicate much with the difficult person who was my manager in one of my previous workplaces in the past.
